Executive Ministry Credential

Full Time Executive Ministry Staff

All full time staff are required to complete their Leadership Blueprint within 3 years of hire and upon completion, will be awarded a YFC/USA Ministry Credential.

Requirements for Credential:

• One Heart Retreat

• Orientation/Overview of the 5 Essentials (online, about 95 mins total)

• Abuse Prevention Training (two videos, through Praesidium)

• YFC Institute

• Collaborating Workshop (online with final paper, 66 mins)

• Executive Director University

• Owning our Statement of Faith (paper)
