Empowering Cohort

This Cohort is a deep dive into the essential of Adults Who Empower. Content and discussions are focused on three truths:

• We (YFC Staff) are Ministry Site and Ministry Team equippers.
• We lead through volunteers who are fulltime ministers of the Gospel.
• We must move from leading though informational meetings and task assignments to missional communities.

Executive Leadership Forum

The Executive Leadership Forum is a best in class, cohort style experience for select high potential leaders in a familial environment integrating spiritual formation with executive competencies development for a culture that expects, produces, and deploys spiritually maturing, highly effective leaders for the Kingdom of God, advancing the mission of YFC. The cohort consists of seven sessions over a persion of two years.
